Shipping & Delivery

DELIVERY TIME:

1. After the order has been placed, our Customer Sales Representative (CSR) will call for confirmation and then the order shall be processed.
2. Delivery is done within 7 nationwide after dispatch.
3. You can inquire about the status of your order by tracking your order number from our Track Your Order section of the website.
4. If the order total is below Rs. 2999/- then delivery charges will be Rs. 250/-

5. The estimated average Delivery time (after the order is dispatched) across Pakistan is 3-7 working days for major cities. For remote areas delivery can take longer.
6. You are requested to be available on the provided contact number for a timely delivery.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. For cancellation of Prepaid orders, please contact us within 24 hours after order placement.
2. For cancellation of Cash on delivery orders, please notify our team during call confirmation or automated confirmation system via SMS or web.

DELIVERY CHARGES:

1. We offer Free Delivery for all orders above Rs. 2999/- within Pakistan.
2. For orders below Rs. 2999, standard delivery rates are Rs. 250/- will be charged.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

1. Once your order is dispatched you will receive an email/SMS with your tracking number.
2. You can track your order on the respective courier website mentioned in your email or track it from our website in the ‘Track Your Order’ section.
